What happens after you submit
We read what you sent and get back to you, usually within a couple of business days, to arrange a time to see your floors. We look at them in person, tell you what they need, and give you a real number. You are never on the hook for anything by requesting a quote.
How we quote
The quote is free and there is no cost for the visit. We price the work the floor needs: if a recoat will do, a recoat is what we quote. If the job turns out bigger than you expected, we will explain why before anything is booked.
What to have ready
- Roughly how many rooms, or the approximate square footage.
- How old the floors are, if you know, and what wood they are.
- Anything you have noticed: dullness, scratches, stains, or boards lifting at the edges.
- Whether you want to keep the current colour or change it.
